Q: Introduce yourself!
I am Faith and I have been in church for 6 years. I serve in hospitality and catalyst ministry and I'm a connect group leader of YAs!
Q: What is the story behind your business?
I gave private math tuition ever since my university days actually as a means to give more for BF! But I realise my passion in teaching math evolved quickly to an opportunity to take over a failing math franchise business upon graduation. That was also the time when SPs launched the vision of HOGC21 and God gave me a dream of using my business to be a bridge for youths! By God's grace, the business grew and I honed my skills in teaching math concepts and building a team. Pastors have sown so much encouragement, belief and practical help into my business and I am very grateful!
Q: Tell us something interesting about your business!
We're called UNBOXED, UNBOX-EDucation :) Beyond a proven methodology in math concepts for problem sums, we aim to unbox the mindsets of how education is done in today's age and create a collaborative community. We adopt smart classroom design principles and hence it looks something like a co-working space for youths!
