BUY / SELL RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES
For private residential & commercial properties:
🔹If I represent you as a seller's agent - commission of 1%-2% is payable
🔹If I represent you as a buyer's agent - FREE! Yes, you heard it right!
For HDB properties:
🔸If I represent you as a seller's agent - commission of 1% is payable
🔸If I represent you as a buyer's agent - commission of 1% is payable
RENTAL PROPERTIES:
🔹If I represent you as a Landlord's agent - commission payable:
- 1 month's worth of rent for 2 year lease
- 1.5 month's worth of rent for 3 year lease
🔹If I represent you as a Tenant's agent - no commission is payable if your budget is above $4K. However, if your budget is below $4K, the following commission payable is:
- 1 month's worth of rent for 2 year lease
- 1.5 month's worth of rent for 3 year lease

Q: What is the story behind your business?
When Ps How shared about how he was BOTH a Pastor and a businessman, I was very captivated by that. It's not either or but both and! I've always wanted to find a job that has flexible timing so that I could continue to serve on the Worship Team anytime I'm rostered, be it during the day, the nights or my weekends! One of biggest motivation for striving hard in my business is so that I can rise up to be a giver in this House, to contribute back to the very House that first built and raised me!

I do believe there's always a need for real estate agents! At some point in your life, you're gonna need people like us to buy/sell/rent!
